Refunds will only be considered in cases involving verified technical glitches or transaction errors. If you believe an error has occurred, it must be reported within three (3) business days of the transaction date. Once received, our team will investigate, and, if necessary, approve a refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) working days, and typically reflected within ten (10) business days.
In case Roster11 cancels a match or contest for any reason, full refunds of the entry fee will be automatically issue to all participants within 1-3 business days.
To maintain integrity and fairness, users cannot join contests once a match has started. All financial transactions are securely handled by Roster11, without involvement of third-party vendors—ensuring maximum data security and user protection.
