By registering or using Roster11, you agree to comply with all guidelines, rule, and applicable laws outline below.
1. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to participate as per Indian law.
- Access is restricted in states or regions where fantasy games or opinion trading are prohibited.
- Roster11 reserves the right to verify user identity and eligibility at any time.
2. Nature of Service
- Fantasy Sports: Games of skill where users create teams based on real-world players and score points based on real-match performance.
- Opinion Trading: Users speculate on real-time outcome or trends by taking positions on time-bound question. It is a skill-based forecasting game.
Both formats are for entertainment and skill-based competition, and gambling or wagering.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information during registration.
- By keeping to use the platform, you’re agreeing to the latest terms.
- Any suspicious activity, including multiple accounts, may lead to suspension or termination.
4. Participation & Fair Play
- Once joined, contests cannot be cancelled by the user.
- Roster11 maintains a strict anti-cheating and fair play policy.
- Users engaging in unfair behavior or manipulation will be permanently banned.
5. Winnings and Wallet Usage
- Winnings are subject to TDS deduction as per Indian tax laws.
- Withdrawals may require KYC verification.
- Users may only withdraw amounts from the winnings balance, not the bonus wallet.
- No interest is payable on wallet balance.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Contests may be cancelled due to technical or operational reasons.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Once a contest is live or joined, no manual cancellation is permitted.
7. Intellectual Property
All contest, graphics, algorithms, and features on Roster11 are the intellectual property of Roster11. Using or copying this without permission isn’t allowed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Roster11 is not liable for:
- Losses from user decisions
- Device or network issues
- Regulatory restrictions in your location
We provide services "as-is", and participation is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disagreements will be handled by the courts that have the authority to decide.
10. Modifications to Terms
Roster11 may update these Terns at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via the app or website. By keeping to use the platform, you’re agreeing to the latest terms.
